The service was efficient and friendly and the food was fantastic. You and your team are very professional and they did everything they could to make my guests feel comfortable and impressed with the food supplied on the night.
Since my party I have attended several other parties that you have catered for and I have to say that the standard never waivers. I found you and your staff again very professional and always obliging to both me and the other guests.

‘We had an evening birthday party at home for about 25 people in Dulwich Hill. Yum Cha Catering did a great professional job. Food was sophisticated and very well tailored to our eclectic mob of friends, it kept on coming out of the kitchen with friendly and unobtrusive service. The evening on Friday was superb and faultless. Colin and I loved every aspect of it: the format, the lovely food, Romaine’s delightful and efficient manner, the fact that it was all done for us. Our staff are Asian people and they fully appreciated the gourmet and unusual inclusions of very tasty ingredients into traditional yum cha recipes. Now that we have experienced your work, we will be broadcasting about it widely!

I thoroughly enjoyed the evening because I had nothing to do but chat with my guests who eagerly awaited the next delight from the kitchen!

I have finally got a chance to write and say thank you for a terrific night last Friday. We managed to survive the terribly hot weather!
The food was absolutely amazing. I can't tell you how many people have commented on it and how wonderful it was. Many have said it was the best food they have ever had at a function. A number of people have asked for your details so hopefully you will get a lot more business out of it.
Pass on our thanks to Alex and Tom who were just great - I also had a few comments about them - people were impressed about their knowledge of the food and how fair they were at passing it around ensuring everybody got something - very important!

The name says it all.
Our company Coffey International had a work function August 08 of around 25 staff. The other 100 staff who could not attend were watering at the mouth, smelling the many wonders of Yum Cha Catering. We were spoilt with many delicacies, and I had so much feed back to tell me from now on I am to organise all the catering if they are all going to be as fabulous as Debra from Yum Cha Caterers. Job well done and definitely will see you again.

After forgetting my 10 year anniversary last year I thought I had better do something special for No 11!
The date soon approached and I had again forgotten to book a restaurant! In a panic on the Thursday afternoon before, I rang Debra from Yum and asked if I could have yum cha on Saturday night at home. It was no problem for Debra.

I felt as though my event (baby shower) was treated with the upmost importance at all times, Debra answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism and was very flexible with my requests and requirements. Debra Watts and YUM CHA CATERING, catered for my daughter's 17th birthday. The food was fantastic; every aspect from kitchen to table was taken care of in the most professional way. The food was amazing and plentiful. The kitchen looked as though no one had been there at the end of the night. What more could you ask for. Having dealt with many catering companies over the years, I can honestly say that Debra and her team are “Service” focused and professional. She is quick to provide options and solutions and always delivers on what is promised.
