Payment terms
• 50% deposit - payable at time of booking to secure event date
• Balance payable 7 days prior to event date
• Deposit fully refundable with
notice given 3 weeks or greater from
the event date
• Cancellation less than 3 weeks
from the event date - a 10% cancellation
fee applies
• Cancellation less than 7 days from the event date - full deposit forfeited
• Payment - direct deposit,
cash, cheque or American Express (3%
surcharge applicable)
