Wait staff
Yum Cha employ experienced, friendly,
professional people.
Our only requirements
Yum Cha catering doesn’t require
a large fully equipped kitchen. All
we need is:
• Access to cooking
area one hour before serving your
food
• A cleared benchtop - please
remove any valuable or breakable items
• Easy access to power and water.
