Debra Watts is the owner/director of Yum! - a small, personalised catering company specialising in Yum Cha finger food. Debra has been in the hospitality industry since 1979. As an ex flight attendant, Debra has served royalty, dignitaries and celebrities and understands the importance of delivering beyond client expectations, including:

Yum Cha Catering will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to guests arriving. We will leave all work areas clean and tidy.
We provide:
• Yum cha food, dipping sauces, serving platters, cooking equipment and cocktail napkins.
